The last time I was in real snow, not just some California frost or dirty snow that wishes it was real fresh powder snow, was in Germany 2012 with the hubby. I remember it was cold, very cold. I could put on as many layers as I wanted to, including hubby's jackets, and was still cold. My body was not invented for nippy, frosty climate. It was made for cuddling under blankets with hot chocolate in hand, which makes this trip even more perfect because that is EXACTLY what I will be doing while hubby snowboards down mountains.
I am stoked to adventure out of Spain with the family and take a vacation to another country; sightsee, explore, learn more about different cultures, and experience the food and way of life! I will be missing in action on the web for about a week, but instead will be in the action with the Swiss!
